Mozilla has declared the current Firefox 8 beta as the release candidate for Firefox 8. This means that if no issue detected, the current Firefox 8 Beta build will be released as Firefox 8 final.

Mozilla will officially release Firefox 8 on 8th November 2011, following the rapid release cycle. If you want to try Firefox 8 right now, install the beta release from here. Although, the beta build is intended for developers and testers only.

The most important feature introduced in Firefox 8 is that the third party add-ons are now disabled by default, and users are required to enable them manually.
