Firefox Team Working On 100 New Features!

Do you think that Firefox is going to die? Chrome has replaced Firefox, and Firefox is the new Internet Explorer? Dear, you are wrong. Absolutely wrong!

Mozilla is not going to surrender, and constantly working on improving and adding new features to the Firefox. The major steps in this direction include rapid release cycle, telemetry, new add-on development platform (jetpacks), Media Processing (P2P streaming), compact UI etc..

Mozilla’s Paul Rouget informs through his blog post that the Firefox developers are currently working on around 100 features. Some of these features are listed here. Moreover, Firefox Mobile team is also working on around 70 new features. As Mozilla develops Firefox in an open environment, these features are listed publicly.

Chrome always has an extra advantage of Google. You may have noticed that the most of the recently introduced features in Google Search are only available for Chrome users, just because only Chrome has required specifications and API support.
