Dolphin browser for iPhone has got an update today which brings several unspecified stability and performance improvements along with a super exciting feature, the Dolphin Sonar. The Sonar feature lets users control the browser using voice. This voice control feature is already implemented in popular Dolphin HD browser for Android.
Using Sonar, users can perform several activities like searching, sharing, bookmarking and opening particular websites. Sonar feature is available as a $0.99 in-app purchase for iPhone, although it is free on Android. Once purchased, users can activate it by just shaking their iPhone or simply long press the gesture icon. Other new features of the latest version, Dolphin 4.0, include Night Mode, URL keyboard and new options for default search engine (Google, Yahoo, Bing & Wikipedia).
