Apart from announcing the Jelly Bean, Android team has another good news for us: Chrome for Android is now out of beta. The first stable version of Chrome on Android can be installed on supported devices (ARMv7 + ICS) from Google Play.
The latest version, v 18.0.1025123, has various undisclosed stability and performance fixes. This update also brings minor UI adjustments for tablets.

Moreover, this stable version is available in all countries and languages.
Google released first beta build of Chrome for Android 4.0+ devices in February this year. Chrome offers various advantages over the stock browser like synchronization of browsing data etc. Recently, Mozilla also released a totally revamped version of Firefox for Android platform, which may become a serious competitor for Google’s browsers.
